8 Hr. Homebuyer Education (Virtual)

North Carolina Community Housing & Consulting, Inc. (NCCHC), a HUD-Approved Housing Counseling Agency, is pleased to offer our FREE 8-Hour Homebuyer Education Course every 2nd Saturday of the month. This course is hosted live via Zoom from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and a certificate of completion is provided to all attendees.

This course is ideal for clients preparing to:

• Qualify for down payment assistance
• Meet loan program education requirements
• Better understand the responsibilities of homeownership

Course Topics Include:

• Budgeting and credit readiness
• Mortgage process overview
• Home inspections and insurance
• Understanding closing and long-term homeownership

Class Details:

• When: 2nd Saturday of each month
• Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Format: Live via Zoom
• Certificate: Provided upon full completion
• In-person classes coming soon
